Please contact Barbara Von Elm to set up a free consultation (best reached by email).
Generally speaking, Barbara holds consultations at the following locations:
While not necessary, it is helpful to have already selected the bridesmaids’ dress color(s) before you meet. Even better, bring along any pictures of flowers, bouquets, arrangements, etc. Access to your Pinterest board for floral ideas is very helpful. You do not have to know anything about flowers for the consultation. Barbara will be happy to help you out here. In fact, her “niche” tends to be brides with no idea what they want. She will work with you to select your colors, style, and ultimately, flowers for your wedding.
Since 1996, Growing Wild has designed flowers for weddings ranging in size from 50 to 500 guests.
Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Careful listening. Selecting your wedding flowers should be fun! To give you flowers you will love, we listen carefully to your visions for your wedding. We study your “likes” on Pinterest and elsewhere. In early planning, we meet with you at length–often more than once. Closer to the wedding, we hold a “tie-down” call to finalize arrangements and to make sure we’ve attended to every detail.
Abundant value. Growing Wild designs overflow with luscious, abundant, high-quality flowers. We want you to get the best possible bang for your floral buck!
Exceptional service. We take pride in delivering your flowers on time, in cool vans, often to more than one location. Barbara assigns more than enough staff just to be sure that we can set up, change up, pick up, and solve unexpected problems, often in narrow time windows.
Fresh Cuts. Many of our flowers come straight from our own gardens. We fresh-cut these shortly before the wedding, so they will look their prettiest in your bouquets.
“Oohs” and “ahhs!” We love to hear them! We want you to feel excited about your flowers, and we do our very best to exceed your expectations. We get many referrals from happy brides. We hope you will become one of them!
